Return an item purchased on lebonchien.ca within 15 days of the initial purchase! Make sure the item is in its original packaging and has all tags attached.
All product returns must be paid for by the customer, except in cases where the error was made by Le Bon Chien or if there is a manufacturing defect.
If a product needs to be returned for a different size, color, or model, the customer must cover the return shipping costs. Le Bon Chien will cover the shipping fees to send the correct product afterward.
If you are returning the product, it must be in new condition to be accepted.
